Terms & Conditions 

1. Promoter
Mons. O’Shea Irish Pub and Shop (ABN: 84 185 869 034) of Western Australia (Promoter).

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to all subscribers who book a table for an upcoming Mons event during the promotional period. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

3. Promotional Period
The promotion opens at 10.00am (WST) on 6 June 2026 and closes at 11.59pm (WST) on 2 August 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

4. Entry Method
To enter, eligible email subscribers must book a table for an upcoming Mons event during the promotional period and quote the code word “HAMPER” when making their booking.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or incorrectly submitted entries, or for any technical issues that may affect entry into the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control arise.

5. Number of Entries
Eligible entrants will receive one entry per qualifying event booking made during the promotional period.

6. Prize
The prize consists of one Mons hamper containing Irish goods and specialty products, valued at AUD $280.

The prize draw will take place on 6 August 2026. All valid entries received during the promotional period will be included in the draw.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the draw. Arrangements for collection of the prize will be made directly with the winner.

8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability arising from participation in the promotion and acceptance or use of the prize.

9. Governing Law
This promotion is governed by the laws of Western Australia.
